Communications:

Personal information shared during sessions is protected and will not be disclosed without consent, except as mandated by law or in cases where harm to oneself or others is at risk. For minors, parents retain rights to seek information from the treating professionals.

Services Provided:

We offer therapeutic services including counseling, psychotherapy, occupational therapy, and behavioral and developmental interventions. Our services do not substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. For urgent needs, contact the nearest hospital.

Eligibility:

Our services are available to individuals 18 and older. Minors may access services with parental or guardian consent.

Payment:

Service fees are listed on our website and may change. Payment is required upfront, and we accept various payment methods. Late payments after multiple reminders may incur a 10% daily interest on the outstanding amount.

Cancellation:

Notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations will incur a 100% charge for the scheduled session.

Code of Conduct:

We expect respectful behavior from all clients. Disruptive or abusive behavior may result in service termination.

Termination of Services:

We reserve the right to discontinue services if deemed ineffective or unnecessary, or if the client violates any terms.
