We offer a brief initial consultation to understand your needs and to discuss the best approach. While it’s not a full therapy session, it allows us to determine the right direction for your treatment.
Each session typically lasts 45-60 minutes. The number of sessions needed depends on individual goals and the complexity of issues. We can discuss an approximate timeline in your initial sessions.

Yes, we provide both in-person and online sessions to make therapy accessible for everyone. Online sessions offer the flexibility to receive support from the comfort of your own space.
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a full charge for the session.
